The 100% Pass Guarantee applies to every VCEdump PDF, Web TestEngine, and bundle product sold on this website. If you study with the purchased product during its active order period, take the corresponding official exam, and do not pass, you may request a manual refund review.
The exam must match the purchase. The exam code on the official attempt must correspond to the VCEdump product in the order.

Eligibility for Refund Review
You may apply only when every condition below is met. Each condition and supporting document is reviewed independently by the VCEdump support team.
- The product was purchased directly from VCEdump and corresponds to the official exam you attempted.
- The official exam attempt took place during the 3-month or 6-month validity period selected with the order.
- The official exam score report clearly shows that you did not pass.
- You provide a clear, original official score report showing the exam code, exam date, candidate identity, and result.
- The candidate information on the score report matches the purchaser’s VCEdump account information.
- The refund review request is submitted before the purchased order’s validity period ends.
A request is not approved automatically. The support team reviews the order and submitted documents before providing the guarantee outcome.

Not covered
Situations Where the Guarantee Does Not Apply
A refund review cannot be approved when the purchase, exam attempt, identity, timing, or supporting documents do not meet the published conditions.
- The official exam does not correspond to the purchased VCEdump product.
- The order had expired when the official exam was attempted.
- The official score report does not belong to the purchaser’s VCEdump account.
- The official exam was attempted outside the purchased product’s validity period.
- A product change or exchange is requested after digital access has been delivered.
- Required documents are missing, altered, unreadable, or cannot be verified.
VCEdump may reject a refund request that does not meet every applicable condition above.
