Copyright concerns
Report specific material so it can be located and reviewed.
VCEdump respects intellectual property rights. A copyright owner or an authorized representative can use this internal reporting process to identify material on the website that they believe infringes copyright.
Internal review process
Clear URLs and ownership details help us understand the request.
This process is for material available through VCEdump. It does not determine the legal rights or obligations of any party.
What to include
A complete notice gives the review team enough information to act.
Email [email protected] with Copyright Infringement Notice in the subject line and include all of the following:
- 01
Your contact details
Name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- 02
The copyrighted work
Identify the work, or provide a representative list when one notice covers multiple works.
- 03
The reported material
Include the exact VCEdump URL and enough detail for us to locate the material.
- 04
The concern and request
Explain the issue clearly and state what action you are asking VCEdump to consider.
- 05
Your authority
Confirm that you own the copyright or are authorized to act for the copyright owner.
- 06
Accuracy and signature
Confirm that the supplied information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and add a physical or electronic signature.
Requests that refer only to a category, search result, or the website generally may take longer to review. Please identify specific material and URLs.
What happens next
Notices are checked for clarity and completeness.
-
We check the notice
VCEdump reviews whether the request identifies the work, the reported material, the sender, and the requested action.
-
We may request more information
When a notice is incomplete or unclear, the review team may ask for details needed to locate and understand the concern.
-
We take an appropriate site action
VCEdump may remove or disable access to identified material and notify the person responsible for it. Information from the notice may be shared when needed to understand and respond to the request.
Reconsideration
Affected parties can explain a mistake or misidentification.
Email [email protected] with Copyright Reconsideration Request in the subject line.
- Identify the material and the URL where it appeared before removal.
- Explain clearly why the decision is believed to involve a mistake or misidentification.
- Include supporting context or documents, contact details, and a physical or electronic signature.
VCEdump may share a complete response with the original reporter and review whether the material should remain unavailable or be restored.
Repeated issues
Repeated infringement and inaccurate reports affect access.
VCEdump may restrict or terminate access associated with repeated copyright infringement. Notices or responses may be rejected when they contain information we reasonably believe is false, misleading, or incomplete.
