Users are using a private image of Windows Server 2012 R2 Datacenter 64-bit created on an Elastic Cloud Server (ECS). Although the Host Monitoring Agent is installed, the management console still shows the plug-in status of the cloud service as "Not Installed."
After checking the client agent logs, it is found that the signing time and server time differ significantly.
This issue can be resolved by configuring each ECS to use the HUAWEI CLOUD NTP server address in the NT service settings.
