A VRM number can only support one meeting at a time.

All VMR meetings require the meeting to be activated before the other venues can be enrolled.

VMR conferencing does not consume the MCU's resources when it is not activated.

When adding a venue on SMC2.0, you can configure the VMR number directly for the terminal.
