You can assign different resources and operation permissions to an Alibaba Cloud account as needed.

You must create different database accounts for each Alibaba Cloud account.

You cannot directly submit changes even if you have permissions to make changes.

The permissions of the accounts of resigned or transferred personnel can be automatically managed by using OpenAPI.
